Wouldn’t Go Anywhere Else
Starting my little one at preschool in September 2020 was a little scary, not being able to have the interaction you would normally have with the people looking after your child was a little alien.
However the way everyone at the preschool worked throughout the year to keep me updated on my little ones progress and goings on each term have been fantastic and certainly helped to put my mind at ease in those early days.
My daughter absolutely loves going to preschool and will miss all of the friends she has made and her aunties very much.
I have no hesitation in saying I will be back in a couple of years when my son is old enough to attend.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else.Thank you all so so much xx
Fantastic Pre School
All my 5 children went to pre school at Nelmes and my last one is now going big school, I cant thank the ladies nelmes for all they have done for my children and it’s going to be very emotional on the last day.
But what a fantastic pre school and great ladies who look after the children and teach them everything they need to know when moving into there next chapter at primary.
I cant recommend Nelmes Pre School enough, its fantastic.

Simply the best
A wonderful school with wonderful staff who go above and beyond for the children and the parents. My 2 year old absolutely loves going to school, to learn, play and make friends. So grateful for all the teachers do, they are simply the best x
Outstanding, Kind & Professional!
My 2.5 year old attends this preschool 3 mornings a week since March 2021. With the pandemic, it was difficult to view schools at the time but my friend sends her little girl here and has nothing but praise for this pre-school. With this in mind I made the decision to get in touch with Cheryl and have my son attend. They made him feel welcome as soon as the door opened! He ran straight in and never looked back. Now it’s constant singing songs I didn’t realise he knew and chatting about the activities in school. With their help he is doing brilliantly with potty training. This school is outstanding and I look forward to hearing more about my sons days to come in September. My son counts, knows his colours, knows every dinosaur name you could imagine! The staff are truly exceptional and they should be praised for all their hard work, especially during the trying times we have had. They maintain a high standard and keep us informed of how our children are getting on.

After a nervous start Isaac thoroughly enjoyed his time at Nelmes Preschool & has a fantastic time with all of his ‘aunties’! The way they navigated the pandemic has been professional and literally a lifeline for all of the children. They all took the time to record and send video messages to all of the children when they were forced to close. They go above and beyond for every single child showing them nothing but respect and love and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone considering Nelmes and I am really sad that Isaacs time here is over x

My 2 year old loves it here and I’d recommend it to anyone who might be considering sending their children here.
Staff go above and beyond
I can’t thank Cheryl and her staff enough for staying open during these very scary times and allowing parents to still be able to work. They make sure that the environment is as clean as possible and the communication with parents is excellent. I’ll be very sad when my girls go to reception in September as they love going to pre-school.
Nativity 2019
The Nativity Play was truly amazing. To see young children say their lines, sing songs etc was brilliant. My son never told me he had a part to play in the Nativity but during the lead up he came home from school singing sings and learning his lines. Cheryl and her team are truly fantastic and how the children all handled preforming to such a big audience was lovely to see.
Excellent Pre-School
I knew I found the right preschool for my little boy when on his taster session he climbed into the water pit to play with the trucks!! Stanley started preschool in September 2018 & is now in his last year before big school.
I honestly couldn’t wish for a better bunch of aunties to look after Stanley. They are all caring, supporting aunties and Stanley loves them all but more importantly they are always on hand to help us parents out which I still find reassuring.
I will forever be grateful to Cheryl and her staff for how they have all helped Stanley grow, they are all the reason why he loves school so much. Thank you, ladies, your all amazing.
